Emily & Danny were married on a crisp fall day in early October. Emily and the girls got ready at her parents house, while Danny and the guys were at a nearby hotel. Emily’s family is super sweet, and it was nice to do some photos with her and the girls and her Mom in front of their house, before she got ready in her childhood bedroom. Danny is from New York, where he and Emily now live, so his family and most of his friends traveled in for the big day, bringing their Yankees cufflinks and all! Once everyone was ready, we all headed to St. Anthony’s parish in Allston. Emily’s dad is from Brighton and had his business there, so with the church in Allston and the reception in Watertown, they kept it very local and close to their roots. After the ceremony, we arrived at the Commander’s Mansion with some time before the reception started – which was perfect for us to make use of a bunch of different locations on the beautiful grounds! Emily & Danny looked amazing, and the red brick building and paths were perfectly complimented by the little bit of color starting to peek out on the trees. Cocktail hour began just as the sun was starting to dip, and Emily & Danny joined their guests. The reception under the tent was Emily’s perfect vision of romantic and candlelit, with gorgeous centerpieces and white lights strung above. After their first dance, the new Mr. & Mrs. were toasted by friends and family before hitting the dance floor and never leaving it for the rest of the night! It was a perfect day, and we’re so happy they chose us to be a part of it!
Thanks and congrats to Emily & Danny!
