We started our day with Gianna and Neal at the beach near their home in Dorchester where they regularly walk their dog. They wanted to make sure he made it into some of their photos, and he was the most well-behaved little guy! From there, we headed to the fire station in Southie, where Neal is a fireman. They had just gotten a brand new shiny firetruck, so we were lucky enough to use that for their photos. Gianna and Neal are also Crossfit junkies, so they couldn’t resist grabbing some of the equipment there to show off their impressive skills. It was definitely a first for us to have the bride-to-be lifting weights in a pretty white dress and heels! Gianna did it without breaking a sweat. After that, it was on to the North End, where Gianna’s whole family is from. We wandered through the Fisherman’s Feast and Hanover St., where Gianna and Neal seemed to know everyone. Finally, we ended at Pizzeria Regina, Gianna’s family business and workplace.
With such fantastic locations, we had a great afternoon with Gianna and Neal. We look forward to seeing them again for their wedding on New Year’s Eve!
