We kicked off our season this year with Joe & Tom, who were married on the first weekend of May, on a perfect spring day. We met them at the Liberty Hotel, the place where they got engaged and would also get ready for their wedding day! They had a beautiful suite with views of the skyline, and were relaxed as they got ready together, before their wedding party joined them for champagne. After the toast, we all headed out into Beacon Hill for some photos. Beacon Hill is so beautiful in the spring, so with the addition of this wedding party, who all looked amazing, it made our job pretty easy. They were all in grays, navy blues and pinks, which all look so great together on their own and especially against the red brick in Beacon Hill. The brick carried over to the Charles River Museum, which along with it’s industrial vibe, felt like the perfect venue for Joe & Tom. These two were very easy to photograph all day, they looked perfectly tailored in their suits and were so happy and easy together. Once we finished up outside of the museum, guests were beginning to arrive for the ceremony. Joe & Tom were married in the big, open room upstairs, underneath an amazing installation of greenery by the Sweet Bay Shop. After the I Dos, everyone moved downstairs for cocktails, before returning upstairs where Joe & Tom had their first dance, were toasted by their brothers and danced with their moms. After dinner, the grooms hit the dance floor surrounded by their friends, and never left it for the rest of the night. It was a perfect day, and a great way to start off our season!
Thanks and congrats to Joe & Tom!
