Kim and Brad’s big day at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, RI was stunning from beginning to end. We started the day with them at the respective houses the had rented to get ready, which were both beautiful and filled with natural light. They kept their bridal party small, with Kim’s sister serving as her maid of honor and Brad’s brother as his best man, and they got ready surrounded by their immediate families. Once they were ready, we headed over to Mount Hope Farm for photos before the ceremony. As we arrived, dark clouds were approaching, and a quick downpour moved through just as we were getting started. It was just enough to get a few cute photos with umbrellas, and then it passed! Once it stopped, the light was glowy and perfect, and we were able to use so many beautiful locations on the property. We made our way down to the Cove Cabin, where the ceremony would be held on the waterfront. As guests were arriving, the wind started up again and we could actually see it raining on the other side of the water. But it calmed down just in time for Kim to walk down the aisle, and the rain stayed out in the distance. It was a beautiful ceremony, with Kim’s veil blowing in the breeze and friends and family looking on. After they sealed it with a kiss, everyone moved over to the Cabin for cocktail hour with waterfront views, before heading into the tent for the reception. The tent looked gorgeous, with bright, seasonal centerpieces from The Local Bouquet. All the details of the day were classic and beautiful, and perfect for the gorgeous waterfront venue. Kim and Brad were introduced and had their first dance as husband and wife, before being toasted by their family and spending the rest of the night celebrating on the dance floor. It was the perfect summer wedding, and we were so happy to be there!
Thanks and congrats to Kim & Brad!
