Samantha & Michael (aka Ziggy) were married on a beautiful day at the beginning of August. We started our day with them at the hotel where they were both getting ready for the big day, and right from the beginning, Sam had everything planned to the last detail. From the girls in their flowered leggings and bridesmaid tees, to the guys in their multi-colored socks, she thought of everything. Once everyone got dressed, the bridesmaids were perfect in their shades of pink and purple, and Sam looked amazing in a clean, classic gown and her hair in big, glamorous curls. Everyone hopped on the trolley to head to the church, where there was definitely a few tears in Ziggy’s eyes when he caught a glimpse of Sam coming down the aisle! After they finally said I Do, we made our way to Butternut Farm for photos. It had rained earlier in the day, but by the time we got there, the skies had cleared and we were left with perfect late afternoon light. Once photos were finished, it was finally time to head inside, where all of Sam & Ziggy’s hard work and planning had finally come together perfectly. Tons of tiny details made the night so special, from personalized lip balms, to a tattoo bar and Bruins rally towels. Speaking of the Bruins, Ziggy is a huge fan. So much so, that aside from the towels, their cake was in the shape of the Stanley Cup and Sam & Ziggy got introduced in matching bride and groom jerseys. What Ziggy didn’t know was, Sam had arranged a big surprise for him… she got Rene Rancourt to come and sing the National Anthem! The look on Ziggy’s face was amazing when he saw him come through the doors, and the whole place went wild waving their American flags and rally towels. It was an awesome surprise, and kicked off a night that Sam & Ziggy, and their friends and family, will never forget.
Thanks and congrats to Samantha & Ziggy!
