We met Sarah & Joe on a sunny Sunday morning for their engagement session at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA. Their wedding next year will have a rustic theme, and they wanted their engagement photos to be similar, so Sarah decided on Gibbet Hill. It was a gorgeous day with sweeping blue skies and big puffy clouds, with the cows hiding out under the shade of the trees. Sarah looked perfect in a lacy white dress and cowboy boots, and we had the place to ourselves for the morning. After spending some time on the main farm, we hiked up to the ruins of an old castle that sits atop Gibbet Hill. It was a little more of a trek than I think any of us bargained for, but we were so glad we did, because it was awesome! The old stone of the castle provided shade and a beautiful spot to finish up for the day. After hearing how much work these two are putting into their wedding day, we can’t wait to be a part of it and see how everything turns out! See you next spring!
Thanks and congrats to Sarah & Joe!
